Samsung is looking for an experienced facilities design engineer to join our mission. The Senior Engineer Lead is responsible for the output and delivery of 3D Revit models, 2D CAD details, and Bills of Materials (BOMs) to Samsung’s partners in construction. This person will also lead in the team in developing and maintaining design standards, performing and confirming fundamental engineering analysis of design, resolving field clash issues, and closing RFIs to support build-out. This person is responsible for the technical quality, design integrity, schedule, and professional growth of the team.

Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 5 engineers and project managers
- Oversee 3D design and utility hookup engineering
- Provide technical ownership of BIM and virtual design workflows in ACC
- Drive execution and closure of design-related field RFIs
- Define execution and output monitoring strategies
- Drive cross-functional engineering alignment and resolve field conflicts
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in an engineering discipline
- 8+ years of relevant engineering experience
- 6+ years of MEP design experience with 3D CAD
- Experience with Autodesk Inventor and/or Revit
- On-site collaboration with trade contractors
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
