About the role
Position Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Optimizely Developer to serve as the technical backbone of our digital growth and web experience initiatives. You will be the resident technical expert responsible for developing within Optimizely CMS and Optimizely Web Experimentation. Responsibilities: Optimizely CMS Development (Backend & Architecture), Template Build, Platform Architecture, Integrations, Experimentation & Personalization (Frontend Execution), AI-Assisted Engineering, Server-Side Testing, QA & Code Governance, Cross-Functional Collaboration. Qualifications: 5+ years of full-stack web development with 3+ years in Optimizely, deep experience in C#, .NET Core/MVC, HTML5, CSS/SASS, JavaScript, AI tooling, and enterprise B2B web experience.

Responsibilities
- Develop within Optimizely CMS and Optimizely Web Experimentation
- Build and maintain reusable blocks, page templates, and content models
- Ensure scalable, secure CMS architecture and integrations
- Execute complex A/B and multivariate tests
- Engineer targeted personalization campaigns
- Leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate development
- Collaborate on server-side testing and feature flagging
- Establish coding standards and governance
- Collaborate with CRO, Product, UX/UI teams
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-stack web development
- 3+ years in Optimizely
- Experience with C#, .NET Core / MVC
- HTML5, CSS3/SASS, JavaScript (Vanilla, ES6+, jQuery, React/Vue)
- AI tooling for development
- Experience with CI/CD
- Enterprise B2B web experience
