The recruitment event is in Stavanger on September 5, 2026. The pathway to becoming an instructor involves no prior qualification or experience; SATS supports your education and career. The basic prerequisite for instructor training is a fundamental education in training science, anatomy, and physiology, which can be completed online via Improve Education. After acceptance, you will receive a link to register, pay, and start the theory. The education through SATS Academy is free for all instructors, requiring 100% attendance and successful completion of each course. The first step is GXI Introduction in Stavanger on September 10. Further courses include GXI Foundation in various locations, with specific dates listed. Based on your chosen education path, you can undertake product-specific courses through SATS Academy for the classes you want to teach.
