Occupational Health Physician

HUS Occupational Health is looking for an occupational health physician to lead the planning and operations of occupational health services together with an occupational health nurse, ensuring good occupational health practice. The physician acts as a medical expert to support the employer in evaluating and managing health risks in the work environment and helps employees maintain work ability. The role focuses on both individual health issues and the employee’s work and workplace. The physician’s comprehensive role also includes prevention and treatment of illnesses. The position is based in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Hyvinkää, Lohja and Porvoo with flexible arrangements including possible remote work 1–2 days per week for experienced doctors. Working hours are 38.25 hours per week, 08:00–16:00; no on-call duties. Qualification: minimum licentiate of medicine; two years’ experience in hospital or clinic work as a licensed physician is required.
