Welcome to work as a radiographer at the Diagnostic Center! HUS Diagnostic Center is Finland’s leading provider of clinical laboratory and imaging services. Our main area of operation is specialist healthcare within the HUS Group and primary healthcare in the wellbeing services counties belonging to HUS. We are also responsible for laboratory and imaging services in the Kymenlaakso and South Karelia wellbeing services counties. We operate in eight medical specialties. We are nationally responsible for several examinations requiring special expertise, as well as research and teaching associated with a university hospital. Diagnostic examinations play a key role in confirming and ruling out diseases, as part of treatment, in follow-up and in screening. Approximately 3,300 laboratory and imaging specialists work at HUS Diagnostic Center in more than 150 locations. We are seeking a radiographer for the Diagnostic Center’s imaging unit at the Cancer Center in Helsinki. The position is fixed-term until 18 June 2027. The Cancer Center imaging unit is a specialist healthcare unit. Examinations performed there include mammography, computed tomography, ultrasound examinations and ultrasound procedures. Work in the unit takes place on weekdays in both morning and evening shifts. Experience in an imaging unit is considered an advantage. The position-specific salary is €3,024.27 per month, plus a possible experience-based increment and other supplements.
