Wilderness Hotels on a family business with eight wonderful holiday locations in the northernmost Lapland. The hotels are located by lakes and rivers, far from light pollution and the hustle of city life. We are now seeking a housekeeping supervisor for the winter season 2026–2027. As a housekeeping supervisor you are the key support for the housekeeping team, ensuring smooth daily operations and maintaining high cleanliness standards. You lead the shift by example, coordinate daily tasks, and support your team to succeed even on the busiest days. The role is a practical mix of daily housekeeping duties, quality control, and team support. You will actively work with the housekeeping team, while also taking responsibility that tasks are completed as planned and customer expectations are met. Wilderness Hotels’ locations feature a tight community: staff per property typically ranges from 30–70, so cross-department collaboration is a real everyday reality.
