Electrical Network Installer

Electrical network installer wanted in Oulu area. We are seeking a skilled electrician for a full-time position. The role involves construction, maintenance and repair of electrical distribution networks. Projects are primarily in the Oulu region but can include sites further away, requiring willingness to travel. Responsibilities include: building and renovating electrical distribution networks; installation work on underground cables and distribution cabinets; electrical network maintenance and service; locating and repairing faults; repairing storm damage and other disturbances; installation work related to substations and electrical stations; installation and maintenance work of industrial distribution networks; testing and commissioning of networks; site safety and safeguarding arrangements. Required qualifications include: professional electrical qualification; electrical safety card (SFS 6002); occupational safety card; first aid training for electrical work; B-class driving license; good physical condition; willingness to work outdoors and at height; willingness to travel; careful and safe working method; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in electrical network construction or maintenance is advantageous, as is experience as a peak installer, cable-laying (splices and terminations), and experience with industrial electrical distribution networks and various substations and switchgear installations. C-driver license and vocational qualification and under-1kV voltage training are advantageous.
