Job Description
Revvity is seeking a Senior Manager, Field Service responsible for leading service team leaders and indirectly, field service engineers. The role involves managing customer support activities, supporting business growth, and ensuring financial targets are met. The candidate will oversee high-level operations, project management, process improvements, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include developing regional teams, driving financial growth, operational excellence, and project management. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Technical Field, with at least 5 years of leadership experience in field service or related operations, and 3 years of people management. Experience in medical devices or regulated industries is preferred. The position is remote in the US, with up to 50% travel. The salary range is $112,000 - $149,000 USD annually.
