Synthesia is the world’s leading AI video platform for business, used by over 90% of the Fortune 100. The role sits at Staff level (L6) and focuses on owning the Enterprise surface end-to-end — governance, content lifecycle, analytics and integrations — turning concepts into renewals. You’ll operate as a senior IC, setting direction and influencing roadmap decisions with Product and Engineering leaders, not just contributing. Responsibilities include owning the Enterprise surface from problem framing to shipped outcomes, designing governance and compliance systems (permissions, audit logs, workspace setup, identity workflows, license and billing models, analytics), working with APIs and developer hubs, driving pragmatic iteration with POCs, and setting a coherent design vision across SSO, compliance, analytics and billing. Benefits include a flexible, remote-friendly role based out of Europe or hubs in London, Copenhagen, Munich or Zurich, 25 days annual leave + holidays, referral scheme, home-work setup, and up to 60 days/year remote work.
