Early Childhood Development Social Worker

The position is for an Early Childhood Development Social Worker (sosionomi) developing the unit’s community, child well-being, participation and a safe learning environment at Laajavuoren day care center, Jokiuoman unit in Vantaa. Responsibilities include preventing bullying, supporting children's emotional and peer skills, and supporting parental involvement and development. You will participate in multidisciplinary teamwork and guide families to other child and family services when needed. Key areas include implementing early childhood education, planning and evaluating unit activities, promoting wellbeing and social skills, collaborating with families, and evaluating and developing practices from a social-pedagogical perspective.
