We are seeking a demanding-level construction foreman for element installations in Oulu. In this role you will be responsible for planning, coordinating and ensuring safe execution of element installations, making sure the work progresses according to plans, quality requirements and schedules. You will collaborate closely with the site’s other supervisors, designers, element suppliers, installation contractors and other project stakeholders. Your duties include planning and coordinating installation steps, leading and supervising installation work, ensuring compliance with installation plans and taking care of safety and quality assurance. You will also be responsible for related inspections and documentation. A valid qualification relevant to the task is considered an asset; if you do not yet hold a qualification, we require that your education and work experience meet the qualification requirements and that qualification can be verified before starting the role. The selected person will be employed directly by our client company on a permanent basis. Salary will be agreed based on experience and competencies, with start date by agreement.
