Industrial painter duties include a range of coating and production tasks such as hanging and dismantling metal parts and structures before and after painting; surface pretreatment and degreasing; powder coating on a conveyor line and/or by manual spray; wet painting when needed; inspection and finishing of painted surfaces; general production tasks including packaging, storage, and logistics support; assembly work. The job is physically demanding and requires carefulness, accuracy, and a good work attitude. Works in day shift. We expect: previous experience in industrial painting, powder coating, surface treatment, or production work; safety awareness and willingness to follow quality requirements; independence, precision, and good physical condition; desire to learn and develop skills; Finnish language ability to read work instructions and safety regulations. Nice to have: experience in industrial production processes; forklift operation or handling lifting aids; technical education such as basic qualification in surface treatment, painting, or technical basic qualification.
