Join Enersense’s team of bold professionals! We are currently seeking an Operations Manager for the 24/7 operations center to be established in Pori. In this role you will be responsible for the overall operational leadership of the 24/7 control center, safety, service delivery performance and staff supervision. You will lead and develop the center’s operations, ensuring operational performance, safety and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for running and coordinating operations, incident management, switching operations and efficient resource management. You will develop operational processes, metrics and reporting to support business goals and continuous service improvement. You will ensure effective use and development of monitoring and information systems. You will lead cooperation with customers, field organizations, authorities, electricity network operators and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery. You will be responsible for the center’s operational resilience, risk management, continuity management and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Lead and develop the control center operations to ensure operational performance, safety and customer satisfaction
- Be responsible for operation monitoring and operation, incident management, switching operations and efficient resource management
- Develop processes, metrics and reporting to support business goals and continuous service improvement
- Ensure effective use and development of monitoring and information systems
- Coordinate with customers, field organizations, authorities, grid operators and other stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery
- Ensure center operational reliability, risk management, continuity management and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- Education background in electrical power engineering or automation
- Experience in control room or control operations
- Strong understanding of electrical grids and energy production
- Knowledge of SCADA systems, data transmission solutions and electrical safety
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Finnish and English
