Lockout and Hot Work Guards

This job involves guarding lockout and hot work areas at Kilpilahti industrial site during the planned shutdown in 2026. You will monitor fire areas and ensure that work in enclosed spaces proceeds safely according to instructions. If needed, you may assist with general building maintenance tasks. The shift is scheduled for September 2026, mainly from Monday to Saturday between 06:00 and 18:00, with each shift lasting 10 hours. Responsibilities include guarding fire zones and enclosed spaces per safety regulations, ensuring site safety and following guidelines, and, when required, assisting with property maintenance. We offer thorough onboarding and training, varied work days with good team support, and weather-appropriate work clothes. Requirements: energetic and responsible attitude, teamwork and vigilance, valid fire safety and hot-work permits, proficiency in Finnish, and own car for commuting. Salary: TES-based pay of 13.22 €/h.
