Practical Nurse

As a practical nurse, you will take care of the daily basic well-being, guidance, and the realization of individual needs according to jointly agreed goals, while respecting the client. You will administer the client’s medication and health care according to physician orders and the unit’s medication plan. You participate in the preparation, updating, and monitoring of service plans with clients and their relatives. You also participate in the preparation and implementation of other plans related to the client’s services. You work closely with relatives, the work community, and the client’s network to support the clients’ smooth everyday life and shared goals. Triangeln consists of three home groups with a total of 14 clients. The unit is primarily for adults with intellectual disabilities. Each home group has a shared kitchen, living room and terrace. You work independently but in proximity to other care staff, so support and collaboration is always available. Your duties include responsibility for your own professional practice, maintaining competence, and developing operations. The job is three-shift work. The job also requires good Swedish oral and written skills and satisfactory Finnish for two-language service. The job requires LOVe medication license (can be obtained within the initial agreed period of employment).
