Junior Analyst

Finance Transformation within Deloitte employs around 250 staff in Sweden, distributed across our offices in Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö. We work to support leading companies and organizations across industries by driving transformations in project form and as temporary resource support. In Finance Strategy, part of Finance Transformation, you will develop strategies, design and implement new operating models with a focus on large and medium-sized companies. Practically this means performing analyses to identify areas for improvement, implementing technological solutions and reviewing organizational design to streamline financial processes or developing planning processes to achieve effective corporate governance. In Controls Advisory, as part of Finance Transformation, you identify and analyze risks and review how they are managed. Our clients are primarily large Nordic and global companies. Assignments vary from one day to three months, and sometimes longer, and you always work in a team. As a consultant you work in areas such as internal control, processes, risk management and internal audit. You are given early responsibility and can influence your career. The work involves much client contact with people at different positions, giving insight into board decisions and business processes. Our goal is to help clients understand and manage their risks to become more successful.
