Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a diligent and reliable CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for our well-known client in Rauma, performing mainly in-store sales duties for interior products. The role includes customer service, cashier duties, and warehouse tasks. The applicant should be outgoing, articulate, and comfortable working with diverse personalities. This is a direct hire. Responsibilities include greeting customers, handling sales transactions, stocking and replenishing merchandise, and supporting customers with product information. Prior experience in sales or customer service is beneficial; customer-oriented work mindset and a positive attitude are required. Experience in cash register operations is preferred. Willingness to learn new methods and the related technical tasks is important. Training is offered on behalf of the client.
