The Opportunity: Are you passionate about engineering automation solutions that improve efficiency, accuracy, and control at scale? Agoda’s Finance Operations Excellence is seeking a VBA Automation Specialist to design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for finance operations. You will build robust tools and workflow automations, modernize manual processes, and enable a scalable and controlled operating model across Finance. Key Responsibilities include Automation Architecture & Development, using Advanced Excel, Macro/VBA, MS Access, SQL, Power Automate, FloQast, and Power Apps; Finance Operations Solution Engineering; Data Processing & Logic Design; Workflow Automation & Systems Enablement; Technical Documentation & Change Control; Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement. What You’ll Need: Bachelor’s degree in a technical field and 5+ years in automation development (VBA/Excel, Power Automate, Power Apps), with SQL and Tableau as a plus; experience in Finance operations preferred.
