Vianor is a tyre workshop chain entering a busy period, and we are looking for engaged colleagues ready to welcome all our customers and contribute to the best possible customer experiences. All our workshops offer tyre service for different vehicle types – the majority also provide car service. Your tasks will be tyre service on passenger cars and SUVs, which includes wheel changes, mounting, balancing, taking wheels to and from the tyre hotel and washing wheels. As a colleague at Vianor you are a key part of our work to make our customers’ journey as comfortable and safe as possible. We have high requirements for the working environment and safety to prevent injuries. Whether you are inexperienced or experienced, male or female tyre fitter is not decisive for us – as long as you have the right mindset and can sign off on our points below: To succeed in the role we see you have a strong sense of service, take responsibility and are persistent; have a B driver’s license; are positive and sociable; are meticulous and follow safety and other routines; are in good physical shape. The term of employment will vary, but 4–6 weeks is common. In the northern part of the country the season often starts in mid-October and further south a few weeks later.
