Sales Assistant

We are looking for energetic, goal-oriented and growth-minded salespeople for a permanent position to join our encouraging team. As a Sector Alarm salesperson you play a meaningful role in helping to secure people’s homes, bringing peace of mind to their daily lives and, at best, saving lives. Demand for home security services continues to grow. We offer consumers and small businesses a highly regarded, service-based alarm system. Our Trustpilot rating of 4.8/5 reflects satisfied customers. Your typical day includes: working hours mainly during weekdays 13:00–21:00, full-time or part-time (three consecutive full days). You start with your team at our sales office, where you train under a supervisor and set daily goals. You then move to different residential areas with your supervisor, contacting residents and arranging meetings at their homes. You will meet dozens of new people daily; the work is active and mobile with over 10,000 steps on a typical day. In meetings at clients’ homes you discuss how our services can secure their everyday life. Listening is as important as talking. You are responsible for sales; installation is handled by a separate installation team. Your day ends with a team debrief, sharing learnings and wins. We will help you grow: comprehensive onboarding and ongoing coaching, daily sales drills, and our Sector Way Academy five-stage sales training program to develop you into a top salesperson. Your manager will guide you to ambitious goals and help plan the path to success.
