Kotia Palvelut Oy Satamamestari opens its doors in late summer 2026. We provide domestic and modern housing support services for people whose functional capacity is reduced for various reasons. Our aim is to strengthen and maintain our clients’ functional capacity so they can participate actively in society as independently as possible. Your job will involve guiding and assisting clients in everyday activities and errands, supporting daily life management, coordinating group activities, and collaborating with other actors involved in the client’s everyday life. Work is varied and focused on supporting residents’ everyday life in their own homes, in common areas of the unit, or outside the unit in different settings. You should be a trained practical nurse. We prioritise your interest in developmental disability work; prior experience is an advantage. We value an developing and independent work approach, good cooperation and communication skills, and the ability to operate in various networks. Most importantly, you should have a respectful approach to clients, listen and hear others, and tolerate life’s unfinished moments. We also require valid medication nursing licenses. A hygienic pass and current first aid training are desirable.
