HSE Manager for energy projects

We unite people and communities daily, doing so with agility and innovation. We are seeking an experienced HSE Manager for on-site roles on energy projects. You will be responsible for a broad range of health, safety, and environmental matters on the construction site. You are skilled at risk identification and proactively safety-minded, and you will have the courage and ability to intervene when needed in a changing subcontractor landscape. Your duties include supporting site supervision on HSE matters, implementing client HSE requirements with internal teams and subcontractors, handling deviation reporting and investigations, conducting site safety inspections, entering safety observations into the system and driving corrective actions, planning and leading accountability sessions, cooperating with the client’s HSE personnel, and developing HSE operating models as needed. The work location is a wind farm or data center construction site in the Oulu or Kouvola area. Shifts are mainly 7:00–15:30, and travel and on-site presence are required, Monday–Friday when needed.
