You will be at the heart of the 360° customer experience, enabling clients and their accountants to leverage Pennylane for growth. As part of the Application Support for accounting, you are the central liaison between clients, their internal accountants, and accounting firms. You are in daily contact with users and seek to understand the problems they encounter. After investigation, your goal is to provide a response or solution, or escalate to technical teams when necessary. You also help company and cabinet accountants integrate their data on Pennylane to facilitate their migration. Three-month plan includes onboarding to Pennylane Academy and product training, understanding our business and departments, identifying stakeholders and collaborating effectively within the team and across departments, and starting to respond to accounting requests. Four to six months: gain autonomy, handle tickets through resolution, manage increasingly complex requests, contribute to client help materials and share knowledge with colleagues. Later: become a product expert, identify improvement axes and lead projects, with future opportunities to evolve into other teams such as account managers or implementation leads.
