System Installer or System Expert

We are seeking a skilled system installer or system expert to join the security technology maintenance team within the security technology business unit. The role is mainly based in Rovaniemi and the Northern Finland region. In a full-time, permanent position, you will work with a variety of security technology maintenance, installation and fault repair tasks. You will play a key role in ensuring our customers' security systems operate reliably. You will report to the maintenance manager. Main responsibilities include performing planned annual maintenance according to schedule, handling fault repairs, performing various change and improvement works to security systems, and installation tasks as directed by your supervisor. Requirements include a clean background and eligibility for a security guard card, ability to work in a team but also independently in the field, good customer service skills, ability to diagnose faults, and communication with customers about needed solutions. At least 1 year of experience in installation, maintenance or commissioning of camera surveillance, access control or intrusion alarm systems is required. A security clearance will be arranged for selected candidates. Suitable education can be electrical, electronics or ICT-related; security training is an asset. Finnish and English language skills (written and spoken) are required, Swedish is a plus. Proficiency with common MS Office tools, familiarity with measurement instruments relevant to the work, and knowledge of computers and telecommunications networks are expected. A B-class driving license is required.
