Early Childhood Education Teacher

We are seeking a dedicated early childhood education teacher to join Maitorpan day-care. The day-care operates on the Maitorpantie 4 site with four groups of children and emphasizes active use of nearby playgrounds and forest nature walks. The unit supports a strong small-group approach in line with the early childhood education plan and participates in the ProVaka program, which focuses on positive feedback and inclusive pedagogy. The successful applicant will work with two extensive special education teachers who assist and support children’s needs, and a development subsector nurse supports family collaboration. We offer a positive, relaxed work environment with comprehensive orientation and the possibility to participate in mentoring. Work shifts include one full Sak day per cycle and one common Sak time per week for all teachers. Qualifications include a positive pedagogy mindset and ability to work in a group; proficiency in multiple languages and cultural awareness are valued.
