**Job Description** We are seeking a Customer Service Employee (Guest Service Agent) for North Resort Oy to work as part of the customer service team at an international tourist center. You will participate in guest reception, restaurant floor service, bar work, cashier duties, and daily customer service, and work together with other staff to provide a high-quality customer experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Reception customer service, including guest check-ins and check-outs. - Handling bookings and providing guidance to customers. - Processing customer information and using booking systems. - Serving in the restaurant and at events. - Bar work. - Cashier work and processing payment transactions. - Collaborating with other teams to ensure smooth service. - Other tasks supporting customer service. **Requirements** - Customer service orientation, initiative, and a positive service attitude. - Suitable education or experience in the tourism, hotel, or restaurant industry. - Good interaction and collaboration skills. - Good English language skills; other language skills are considered a significant advantage. - Valid hygiene passport. - A valid alcohol serving passport is considered a strong advantage. - Experience with hotel, reception, or booking systems (e.g., MEWS, Visbook, or similar) is an advantage. - Good basic IT skills. - Willingness to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and during peak seasons. **We Offer** - A versatile job in an international tourist center. - The opportunity to develop as a professional in the tourism and customer service industry. - An encouraging work community and a modern working environment. - The opportunity to be part of building a new tourist destination in Lapland. **Terms of Employment** - The employment is permanent or fixed-term depending on the position. - Working hours are determined according to the shift schedule. - The employment follows the Collective Agreement for Tourism, Restaurant and Leisure Services (MaRa TES). - A 6-month probationary period applies in accordance with the Employment Contracts Act and the collective agreement. - Salary is determined based on skills, experience, and MaRa TES. - The selected person must provide an acceptable medical certificate regarding their health status before the start of employment.
