Task: You will maintain, monitor and ensure the quality of information in contract management systems. You will process and supplement information related to contracts, suppliers and procurements in different systems, participate in contract document management and activities during the contract period. You will produce reports, summaries and analyses to support contract management and business development. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, procurement experts and contract owners across results areas. Your duties include training and communication on contract management and participation in developing contract and supplier management processes. You will also have the opportunity to engage in ERP procurement processes from the contract and supplier management perspective. You will mainly use the Cloudia Contract system and other procurement-related systems and participate in other contract management tasks according to your competence and interests. The unit of Procurement Services and Contract Management is located in Turku city center, near TYKS, on Itäinen Pitkäkatu in the Pharmacity building. What we expect from you: interest in contract management, procurement and public administration; ability to handle information carefully and systematically; responsible, proactive and solution-oriented; ability to meet deadlines; understanding of contract management, public procurement processes and public administration; ability to handle and maintain information about contracts, suppliers and procurements; strong IT skills and ability to adopt new information systems and operating models; experience or willingness to work with contract management, procurement or supplier management systems; good Finnish written and spoken communication; proficiency in Excel. Desirable: previous experience in contract management, supplier management or public procurement; knowledge of Cloudia Sopimus or other procurement and contract management systems; experience with contract-period tasks and contract document management; experience handling public documents; willingness to participate in system development, deployments or ERP-process preparation; ability to understand connections between contract management, supplier management and procurement processes. Eligibility requires completed or ongoing university studies in a suitable field; legal studies such as public law, administrative law, contract law, procurement law or related fields are required.
