Shifts can be reserved via Joblink’s app. Typically shifts are planned ahead for a longer period, with occasional shorter notice shifts possible. Work is driven by the arrival of shipments to the store; workload varies with shipment size and season. Depending on the site, shifts range from 0 to 5 per week. Flexibility, attitude and proactiveness influence available shifts. Shelf-stacking involves stocking the day’s incoming shipments according to guidelines. The day’s work has a target time and is measured by efficiency. The role requires initiative, accuracy, organization and logical thinking. The work is physical and the pace is brisk. The morning shifts typically start at 6 AM, so the role suits energetic early risers. Work days run from Monday to Saturday. All shop tasks revolve around serving customers in-store; we hope you enjoy a hands-on, team-driven environment with neatly arranged shelves. Before your first shifts, we provide the necessary training. No prior experience is required; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are most important. Previous experience in daily consumer goods trade is helpful but not mandatory.
