Electrical Supervisor

We are seeking an electrical works supervisor for our client, based mainly in the Helsinki metropolitan area. The role is a direct hire to the client company. The position requires several years of experience leading electrical contracting projects in either new build or renovation work. The job is hands-on and requires active presence on construction sites. Responsibilities include daily project coordination, preparing project-related reports, guiding work progress according to agreed schedules, ordering materials and managing cost tracking. A background in estimating is an asset. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders, so good communication and collaboration skills are essential. Requirements include suitable electrical engineering training (engineer or MSc in engineering) and prior experience in electrical supervision. Strong practical understanding of building services and facilities management, plus broad experience and good IT skills.
