Building caretaker

In Finland, the property maintenance division employs more than 150 professionals handling maintenance and grounds tasks across multiple locations from Hanko to Rovaniemi. We are looking for a Technical Building Caretaker to Espoo. Employment is permanent and full-time (37.5 hours/week). Start date by agreement. Shifts are on weekdays from 07:00 to 15:00. In this role you will monitor and supervise the technical systems of the buildings in your area, including heating, ventilation, water, and automation systems, ensuring compliance with regulations. Your duties include locating fault causes, performing minor repairs, and carrying out a variety of building maintenance tasks. You will work closely with Coor teams and client staff, ensuring smooth communication with building users. Our client sites include care homes and office spaces in the Espoo area. Additionally: prior experience in building maintenance of at least a few years; a suitable educational background for the role; fluent Finnish; B-class driving licence.
