Villa Sanka is a stable family business established in 2019, formed by three different foster care units. We are fair, reliable and safe as an employer. We are now looking to add an experienced social services facilitator with AMK social worker qualifications to our growing team. The position requires at least two years of experience in foster care for children, understanding of foster care tasks, and a commitment to high-quality, compassionate, and impactful foster care work in a safe and development-friendly environment. The job involves three shifts. Villa Iiris, a small-group home, is located in Kellokoski with good transport links. All our structures consider trauma-informed practice, and we expect applicants to have understanding and skills in trauma-informed work. Special expertise includes neuropsychiatric skills, mental health challenges, trauma work, and work with children who have difficulty attending school; prior experience in these areas is required. The role includes being a supervising caregiver, working with children’s care and education, network work, domestic tasks, documentation and prescribed medical administration. Documentation tasks include monthly summaries, and strong writing skills are valued. Medication licences, hygienic passport, and first-aid training are advantageous. A driving licence is mandatory. The salary is competitive (G24D) depending on experience: 2811.09–3071.09 EUR/month starting 1 September 2026 under the private social sector TES, with shift allowances on top.
