Substitute instructor for group fitness classes

Mäntsälän kansalaisopisto is seeking a substitute instructor to lead group fitness classes. The institution offers courses in several disciplines and provides art education for children, youth and adults. The substitute will join a register; once approved and availability is noted, offers for shifts will be sent by text message. The role involves leading a variety of fitness classes (e.g., muscle-strengthening workouts, kettlebell, pilates, dance-based classes, multiple yoga styles, lighter exercises for seniors, body care, parent-and-child activity, children’s movement and dance groups, and gym sessions). The pay is according to OV TES, depending on education level, 28.43–34.71 € per 45-minute lesson. Travel reimbursement is 0.55 €/km from 1.1.2026 with a 6 km per one-way deductible.
