School Secretary

The School Service in Mäntsälä is seeking a school secretary for a permanent position starting 28 September 2026 or by agreement. The duties include a variety of school administration tasks relating to staff and pupils, internal and external customer service, and overall municipal coordination. Core tasks include maintaining pupil and teacher registers, preparing materials for the HR system, handling invoices, statistics, ordering teaching materials, and archiving. Proficiency with typical educational information systems used here (Primus, Koski, Wilma, Kurre, etc.) is required. The role involves serving three Mäntsälä-based schools, with additional municipal tasks of revenue settlements and invoicing for after-school activities. Previous experience with the listed systems and related school administration is expected. Weekly hours are 36.25. The successful applicant must have autonomous judgement, organizational skills, computer literacy, and a willingness to learn. A car is required for moving between schools as needed. We value customer-service orientation toward pupils, parents and staff, flexibility, but also systematic and structured work. Base salary: 2629.13 EUR/month plus possible experience allowance. Six-month probation applies.
