Primer is the unified infrastructure for global payments. We give finance and payments teams the visibility and control to reduce complexity, improve performance, and capture more revenue - all from a single platform. You will join the Security team at a critical inflection point, standing up dedicated IAM alongside GRC and Workplace Technology. You will own the day-to-day IAM provisioning backlog, build automation with SCIM, and partner with cross-functional teams to enable scale. You will report to the Head of Security and work with engineering, compliance, and infrastructure teams to ship initiatives on time.

Responsibilities
- Stabilise IAM backlog and own queue
- Build SCIM auto-provisioning flows
- Enrolment improvements roadmap
- Automated access reviews with GRC
- Address IAM-related debt and risk
- Remove load from Workplace Technology
Requirements
- You have shipped identity or access management systems in production
- You understand Okta or similar IDPs, SCIM provisioning, access review workflows, and scaling identity at a growing company
