Salesforce Consultant

Join our team as a Senior Salesforce Solutions Consultant. You will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into concrete solutions. Lead engaging workshops and facilitate discussions with stakeholders from both IT and business sides. Design and architect Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and deliver measurable value. Guide and inspire colleagues, share best practices, and ensure high quality in deliveries. Configure Salesforce solutions practically—turn ideas into reality and ensure successful implementations. We are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of practical implementation experience with at least two Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud), knowledge of flows and DevOps processes, and preferably experience with Field Service, Agenforce, or industry products. Good understanding of sales and/or customer service processes. Ability to explain Salesforce solutions in a business context. Self-driven, highly organized, and able to handle multiple priorities. Fluent in Norwegian and English.
