Waiter

We are seeking experienced and service-minded waiters for the winter season at Restaurant Nili in Rovaniemi. The role involves ensuring guests have a comfortable and high-quality dining experience from arrival to departure, including greeting guests, taking orders, serving, handling the cash register, setting tables, and maintaining the dining room. The job is seasonal, with a fixed-term contract for the winter season (December to February) and a workload of 90 hours over 3 weeks. We expect flexibility, initiative, good pressure handling, and commitment to service quality even during busy times. Since you will work with international guests, strong communication skills and fluent English are particularly valued. We offer a fixed-term contract for the winter season, salary negotiable based on experience, the chance to work in a dynamic and international environment, and an opportunity to gain experience in a respected, immersive restaurant setting. You should have 1–2 years of waitstaff experience, strong customer service and teamwork skills, a serving license, Finnish language skills, English language skills (additional languages are a plus), a positive and responsible attitude, flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
