We are looking for a Sustainability Specialist to develop and coordinate Vantti's sustainability work. In this role, you will be responsible for sustainability management procedures, sustainability reporting, the environmental program, and the development of risk management. You will work in close cooperation with staff, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, and implement sustainability goals throughout the value chain. Our sustainability reporting follows the CSRD, and we have Eco-Compass certification. Our next development step relates to more precise carbon footprint and supplier chain management. We want to create added value for our customers, which is particularly reflected in the long-term development of sustainability in meal production. Your duties include, among others: - developing and maintaining sustainability management practices - coordinating and developing the environmental program - close cooperation with Vantti's various functions to strengthen sustainability awareness and expertise - monitoring sustainability-related legislation - participating in development and project activities We expect from you: - a suitable university degree and experience in practical sustainability work and sustainability reporting - excellent cooperation and communication skills - good digital readiness and IT skills (AI expertise is considered an advantage) - ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously - interest in developing operating methods and business We especially value: - experience in developing and reporting sustainability work from environmental, social, and governance (ESG) perspectives - knowledge and expertise in sustainability within the meal or food service and food industries We offer a versatile and impactful specialist position where you can develop sustainability as part of Vantti's strategy and daily operations.
