Store Team Leader

We are looking for a Store Team Leader for our Helsinki Konala store! Do you have a passion for delivering excellent customer experience? We operate a brick-and-mortar store, an international online shop, and all operations are based at Helsinki Konala under one roof. We are aiming high and need a team with strong skills, great attitude and a good sense of humor. Job duties include leading daily store operations, shift planning and staffing, participating in sales and cash handling, ensuring store layout and cleanliness, coaching and development conversations, driving customer experience and achieving financial targets, safety and TES compliance, and collaborating with internal stakeholders. Proficiency in Finnish and English is required, with a customer-service mindset and a motivation to learn and apply AI tools. You’ll work within store opening hours. We expect you to be approachable, reliable, inspiring and a role model for our brand. The position is full-time with a six-month probation and follows the Kaupan alan työehtosopimus.
