Architectural Technician

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and technically accomplished Architectural Technologist to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional with experience delivering projects from concept through to completion Essential Skills & Experience: Degree qualified in Architectural Technology or a related discipline. 3 years' experience working as an Architectural Technologist within UK architectural practices. Proven experience delivering projects from inception through to construction completion. Advanced proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations. Excellent technical drawing and specification-writing skills. Strong understanding of planning processes and project management. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Desired Skills & Experience: BIM implementation and management experience. Experience working across residential, education, commercial, mixed-use, and public sector projects. Knowledge of SAP calculations and building performance assessment. Experience producing visualisations using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar.
