Care Worker

We are seeking care workers for gig work at Lounakoti in Rovaniemi. The role involves supporting residents’ well-being, daily living tasks, and multi-professional teamwork. Tasks include basic care and medication distribution. Work is offered in a 2-shift pattern from Monday to Sunday, with the possibility to influence your own shifts; there is also a short fixed-term option. The residence serves elderly and special-needs residents and includes assisted living. Hygienic certificates and first aid course are required where necessary; valid medicine licenses are an advantage. We verify health and criminal records as per relevant laws and expect proficient Finnish language skills (spoken and written) with a minimum level of B1.1. The pay scale follows the Private Social Services Sector collective agreement (nurse scale 14.82–16.03 €/h, care assistant scale 12.88–13.73 €/h).
