Press Brake Operator

We are seeking motivated press brake operators for our client Stera Technologies Oy’s unit in Kaarina for permanent and full-time employment. Your duties include manufacturing metal components with a press brake, operating and programming the machine, and interpreting technical drawings as part of a quality production process. Work is carried out in at least two shifts, but also in three shifts, so you must be prepared to work shifts. To succeed in the role, you have: - Suitable training for the field or equivalent skills gained through work experience - Experience in press-brake work or strong motivation to learn the job - The ability to read technical drawings - An interest in machine programming and technical work - Finnish or English language skills - Good physical condition - Availability for three-shift work We value previous experience in the sheet-metal industry and with CNC-controlled machines, as well as a self-directed and careful approach.
