**Laboratory Technician** To support laboratory operations through reagent preparation, Immuno Assay testing, documentation and routine laboratory activities while ensuring compliance with quality and safety requirements. Key Responsibilities · Prepare reagents, buffers, and solutions according to SOPs. · Perform Immuno Assays and other routine laboratory tests as instructed. · Record test results and maintain laboratory documentation. · Operate laboratory equipment and perform basic maintenance checks. · Prepare blood samples, other materials, and consumables for testing. · Follow GMP, quality, safety, and laboratory procedures. · Report deviations, equipment issues, or out-of-specification results to the supervisor. Qualifications & Experience · Bachelor of Sciences in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Chemistry, or related field or Diploma in Laboratory testing · Basic laboratory skills and understanding of laboratory quality practices. · 1-2 experience with immunoassays/diagnostic testing is an advantage. · Good attention to detail and documentation skills. · Ability to follow SOPs and work effectively in a team. - Must have a Finnish Residence Permit/Passport
