ANNU sosiaalipalvelut is recruiting now to strengthen our team for Lapland welfare region. The role of a Lähihoitaja (Healthcare Assistant) at ANNU Social Services is varied and rewarding. You may work in home care for families with children, respite care for carers, and in a service that supports inclusion for our wonderful clients. Working hours vary according to families’ wishes and your own availability. You can choose the area you work in. Our team seeks a cheerful, social person who cares about children and family wellbeing. You should be able to work independently and professionally in client work. Experience with children is desired; experience with special needs children and having access to your own car are a plus. Your day may include tending to a child’s basic needs, hygiene and meals, play and outdoor time, and assisting families with chores or cooking. We offer a flexible, meaningful payroll job: you decide your hours and when/where you work. The job can fit study or another job. You will have a supervisor for support. Salary is paid twice a month. We provide thorough onboarding prior to duties, onboarding is paid and included with the first salary. We follow the Private Social Services Collective Agreement and pay according to the salary scale G20C.
