Construction Factory Supervisor

We are seeking a supervisor for our client’s construction factory. Your daily work includes directing and leading production. Your responsibilities include allocating work, scheduling different work stages, handling occupational safety matters, quality control and production development tasks. Considered an advantage: - Education as a construction foreman or construction engineer, or other suitable education - Experience in construction industry supervisory duties - An independent and responsible approach to work - Comprehension and problem-solving skills - Fluent Finnish (the working language is Finnish) - Understanding of log construction Pay is according to the collective agreement, and work will begin by agreement.
