Customer Service Representative

Coor’s customer service representative plays a role in improving our customers’ everyday life. We are looking for you for our team as a customer service professional for floor supervisor duties. If you enjoy working in an office environment but sitting at a desk isn’t for you, and you like interacting with people, this job is for you. As a floor supervisor you will handle the assistant tasks for the floors assigned to you, take care of the floors’ routine matters, and serve as the point of contact for cleaning and building maintenance. You will also coordinate meeting catering orders and organize the office supply storage as you pass by. This is a full-time (37.5 h/week) fixed-term position from 1 Oct to 31 Dec 2026, with potential for extension after the term. Weekdays, varying between 07:00 and 17:00. You have prior customer service experience and are proficient with common office software (Office 365). Your background might be in retail or hospitality/restaurant sectors.
