Customer Service Representative

As a customer service representative you are responsible for interacting with customers via email and phone. You handle technical issues and customer questions and work to create solutions that satisfy customers. Your passion for customer service means you actively solve technical problems while engaging with people from different backgrounds. You also keep records of these interactions to track actions taken. You speak Finnish with customers, but in the office you communicate with colleagues in English, which gives you a chance to practice your language skills. Responsibilities include: answering incoming calls, listening to people's problems and aiming to find the best solution, replying to emails and chat messages, working in an international environment, and being part of a large outsourcing company with offices in over 49 countries and around 60,000 employees.
