Procurement Manager

The role manages primary procurement for steel and timber frame constructions within SRV’s frame construction category, with supporting involvement in concrete element purchases as needed. You will be part of a centralized procurement unit and responsible for nationwide SRV construction projects, including data centre projects, coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers. Your duties include preparing procurements, evaluating bids, conducting contract negotiations, and drafting agreements. You will support bid activities and design guidance, and promote quality, environmental, safety and responsibility goals in procurement. You will monitor multiple projects, maintain supplier networks, and use market information to guide procurement planning and decision-making. The position is based at SRV’s headquarters in Helsinki (Kalasatama), primarily on-site with partial remote work available. We value previous experience in core‑construction procurement, especially steel and timber frame know‑how, strong negotiation skills, and a commercial mindset. A degree in engineering or construction is expected, and proficiency in Finnish and English is required.
