We are seeking a committed early childhood teacher for Ylästön päiväkoti in Vantaa. The role involves working in the pre‑school group within a collaborative team consisting of another early childhood teacher, a child caretaker and an assistant. The daycare is a 6‑group unit located near Ylästö school, with abundant space and close proximity to parks and nature areas. Our work revolves around developing children’s peer relations and emotional skills, and ensuring a calm, inclusive, and participatory environment for children and families. The unit practices inclusive leadership and values professional autonomy. The team aims to create a community that is engaging, supportive, and conducive to good work.
