As a construction equipment operator, you will work at various sites as part of a skilled team. The work involves earthworks, renovation, and construction projects, which will commence based on our clients' needs. Your tasks will be diverse and supportive of construction activities. The work always begins with an orientation, after which you will start working independently. Tasks are assigned based on your experience, skills, preferences, and the needs of the site. Your day may include tasks such as: * site cleanup * excavator operator * assisting with cable installations * backhoe work * other versatile earthmoving support tasks Tasks may change as the project progresses, and your skills and interests will influence the scope of work. You will work as part of a team, but the work approach is independent, so initiative and the ability to take action are important.
