Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the store team with Store Manager
- Lead daily work on shop floor
- Introduce and follow up on new employees
- Ensure routines including visual merchandising and daily store presentation
- Distribute tasks and responsibilities
- Deliver customer service at high level
- Make store a great place to work and shop
- Report during Store Manager’s absence
- Coach the team
- Maintain store condition and garment care
- Work with KPIs and personnel matters
- Contribute to team spirit
Requirements
- Leadership experience
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
